Team Member

Shift Leader
The team captain for the shift, focuses the direction of the shift team and ensures that our customers are happy and stay happy. This position is a great "first step" for someone who is considering management.

Assistant Manager
The team "co-pilot", second in command, manages the store with the manager.

Manager
The team leader, responsible for all store functions and profitability, training and supervision of all team members.
